Have you
ever dreamed of leading brave knights across Europe, Asia minor,
and Africa? Then your reading the right review! Medieval 2:
Total War, is completely PC only and will require some sort of a
graphics card to play. The award winning Total war series has
brought back another, yes their second medieval game. And this
this time…the graphics are great!
You start of with the following
factions available in the
campaign: Venice, England,
Spain, France, and the Holy
Roman Empire. To unlock more
factions either beat the game or
as you destroy factions you will
be able to play them in the
campaign. Just like Rome: Total
War you have armies and economy
and technology and cities and
people and territory ETC. so you
march your armies on the
campaign map and when chosen for
battle, you can either withdraw,
auto-resolve, or fight in real
time. In real time the controls
are the same as Rome: Total War,
except it is not as fast paced
and its more realistic. The
battle are longer but the
graphics have definitely been
enhanced and the different types
of units are astonishing!
The game will require a
mediocre system to play at least on medium with huge battles and no lag. But you
can easily do that now with an 8500 GT which is cheap nowadays. With many
campaigns it will keep you playing for a long time and the multiplayer is fun
and easy to use! Keep it up Creative Assembly!
